Operational Analysis, Advice and Recommendation

Quite often, all that is required in order to improve your OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY is a fresh pair of eyes. By undertaking an analysis project, we will spend time working alongside you and your team to EXAMINE THE WAY YOUR ORGANISATION ACTUALLY WORKS (including the working environment, the business processes and the company culture). We will then report the results of our analysis and provide ADVICE as to how you can improve the efficiency of your business operations.

Methodology

All projects begin with an initial discussion with one of our team members in order to evaluate the issues, understand your business and, more importantly, appreciate your company culture. We may need to interview members of your team to benchmark their role in the process and to identify their commitment to change. This will enable us to implement appropriate techniques and plan our strategy accordingly.

A Solution Programme or Project Proposal will be produced, outlining our recommendations and specifying which members of our team will be involved and to what degree. These levels of involvement will determine the cost. Having agreed the Solution Programme with you, making careful moderations where necessary, we will finalise the cost, time and quality specifications in order for the project to begin.
