The Other Stuff, an introduction

The Other Stuff Ltd is a company that offers business owners and managers the chance to free their time, bringing together a group of expert and professional practitioners in the field of business operational support.

Time is eaten away by administrative tasks, operational functions and special projects which are vital to the smooth running of the business but which are a drain on resources. Implementing something new is impossible because the existing workload doesn't allow the extra time required. Ideally an additional member of staff would handle all this "other" stuff. However, another full-time staff member won't be required once all these outstanding operational issues have been resolved and many companies simply don't have the budget for it.

By letting us take care of the "other stuff", our clients can get on with the things they should be doing.

Our Team

Each member of our team is young, dynamic and energetic, approaching their careers with professionalism, commitment and creativity.

They have extensive experience within both large and small organisations across a diverse range of industries. Individually we have specialised in one or more of the services offered by The Other Stuff. Together we make a formidable team with a superb level of experience, knowledge and expertise.

Our range of skills enables us to offer tailor-made solutions to any operational issues our clients may be encountering. In addition, our combined network of external contacts and approved suppliers provides us with immediate assistance in areas that are outside our normal scope.

A number of our team members have held senior operational management positions - their skill is the provision of strategic planning and change management. Others have specialist expertise in particular areas, such as information technology, finance or human resources.

By offering our services on a project-by-project basis, we are able to provide the benefit of enjoying our combined skills without having to employ an individual.
